Donate $30 and up and you will receive recognition as a STAR COMPANY that has supported National Dance Week! Your company will be announced at the event. National Dance Week is a locally sponsored event, and would not be possible without your continued support. Donations are not required, but always greatly appreciated.

* Music will be faded at 5 minutes. Download and email music as MP3 file to Lgreen5678@sbcglobal.net. One piece per track. Include company name and title of piece. Piece cannot be changed once submitted without approval from director.

I, the undersigned, agree that I will not hold National Dance Week, or Linda Green, St. Louis Academy of Dance, or Kacy Voskuil liable for injuries sustained or illness contracted by me or members of my company while participating in the St. Louis NDW event on April 22, 2023. I grant permission to National Dance Week, and Linda Green to use my photographs and /or videotape for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with National Dance Week.
